CraftMasters remodeled our basement, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Robert Ward came in and talked with us about how we wanted to use the space, then drafted a plan and provided a detailed quote. The work started on time, and the guys that came in every day (Steve and Brandon) were courteous, professional, and great to work with. They were very conscientious and cleaned up as they went along, and always checked in to make sure we didn't have questions or concerns. They showed up on time every day, and if they weren't going to be there, we knew about it in advance. Even our neighbors commented that they saw the truck there early every morning, and were impressed We continue to be impressed, and will definitely call Rob first for any future work.
